What's included in the video walkthrough?
Every package includes an HD video walkthrough covering interior and exterior spaces, so you see everything a viewer would notice in person. Standard and Premium include a full video for each property in the booking.
Can I upgrade my package after booking?
Yes, absolutely. Contact us after booking and we can upgrade your package before the viewing is conducted.
How quickly will I receive my report?
Basic delivers within 36 hours of the viewing. Standard delivers every property report together with the scorecard within 24 hours of the last viewing. Premium delivers each property's report within 6 hours of that viewing, with the final ranked scorecard following once every property has been visited.
What if I'm not satisfied with the report?
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full review or refund.
